A free live session for developers. In one focused hour we unpack the role every serious AI company is hiring for: what it actually is, why it's the most valuable seat in AI right now, and the roadmap to become one. The roadmap is yours to keep, sent to you after the session.
* Registration takes a minute, a few quick questions so we tailor the session to who's in the room.
An FDE reads a business like a consultant and ships like an engineer. Not building models, finding where AI belongs, then putting it in production.
It's the rarest, most valuable seat in AI right now, and almost no one can fill it, because the scarce part isn't building anymore, it's the judgment to know what to build. This session is where we unpack why, and how you get there.
I've been shipping software since 2014. Production AI for the past three years.
I didn't read about this role. I do it. I started with our own shop: I audited how 7th Pillar itself runs (leads, follow-ups, proposals, contracts, marketing), decided where AI belonged, then built it on LangGraph and DeepAgents, with the boring parts that make it trustworthy: oversight gates, eval runs, cost tracking, an MCP server. That's both lenses: read the business, then ship the system. Then I ran the same audit-and-ship for client businesses, not just our own.
I also founded ReThink AI in Arizona to build AI for field service businesses: voice agents that answer calls, qualify leads and book jobs, plus the dispatch and follow-up automation behind them, running live 24/7. My team ships to paying clients on four continents. None of us learned this in a classroom. In this session, I'll hand you the map I actually followed.
Want to actually build it, not just learn the path? Our FDE cohort takes you from audit to a deployed, evaluated system on a real workflow, with a case study that proves you can do the work.
